Product Description

This product is a transparent, two-component, environmentally friendly mesh adhesive. It features fast drying, strong adhesion, solvent resistance, and low tension loss, and is suitable for aluminum alloy and other metal mesh frames.

Configuration ratio:

Adhesive: Hardener = 100:20; Thinner ratio: 20-40% (adjust according to actual conditions)

How to use

• Mix the adhesive and hardener at a ratio of 100:20 until well combined. The prepared adhesive must be used within 4 hours.
• Using a screen stretching machine, stretch the selected screen directly onto the frame (for first-time use of a new frame, be sure to roughen and degrease it with a file or gauze; to enhance adhesion to the adhesive, a hardener can be applied to the frame first). Adjust the screen tension to a suitable level for printing. Then, apply the screen adhesive to the areas where it needs to be bonded. The adhesive will bond to the frame through the mesh (for screens below 80 mesh or above 250 mesh, a base coat of adhesive is required first). Then, use a squeegee to apply any excess adhesive to the bonding area. After completion, let it dry for at least 20 minutes or longer until completely dry (the adhesive area is no longer sticky to the touch). Then, remove it from the screen stretching machine for later use.
• The thinner the coating, the faster it dries. The drying speed depends on the mesh count of the screen, the thickness of the adhesive, the room temperature, and the amount of air circulation.
• It already has quite good water and solvent resistance after 1 hour of drying, and even better results can be achieved after 24 hours of curing. 

Precautions

Ensure the container for mixing the adhesive is clean and dry.

Ensure the glue is mixed in the correct proportions, and use the prepared glue within 4 hours.

If the viscosity of the colloid is too high, it can be diluted with KEY-P20 thinner.

Unmixed adhesive or hardener should be sealed and stored immediately.

Storage and transportation requirements

Transport using clean trucks, with each package stacked no more than five layers high, and the bottom layer secured with a non-slip pallet to prevent squeezing, deformation, or tipping.

Keep sealed, avoid direct sunlight and high heat.

Unopened, 12-month warranty period.
