- KEY-307 halogen-free, no-clean, lead-free flux offers excellent solderability, producing full, bright solder joints with good solder penetration and uniform tin application. It meets the soldering requirements of various lead-free solders and is an ideal no-clean flux for use with lead-free solders.
- It effectively reduces the surface tension of lead-free solder, improving its fluidity and solderability.

Scope of application

Precautions
After opening and taking out the portion to use, the cap must be tightly closed to prevent solvent evaporation and changes in specific gravity.
Used flux should not be stored in the same container as unused flux. After opening the flux container, if there is any flux remaining, it should not be left exposed to air; the cap should be tightened as soon as possible.
The container for flux must be kept clean to prevent dirt and other substances from mixing into the flux and affecting its quality.
