Product Introduction

The ZK-T20C-2 cleaning pad is used for cleaning film processing machines, ensuring cleaner rollers and reducing scratches and film residue on the film caused by the processing machine. The cleaning pad effectively removes tiny particles from the rollers, significantly reducing film pinholes, black spots, and scratches. The rollers can be cleaned anytime without removing them from the processing machine.

The cleaning tablets feature a unique patented cleaning formula. When the surface coating becomes damp, it develops strong adhesion, effectively removing deposits of various chemicals from the drive rollers.

The rollers can be cleaned at any time.

It contains no harmful chemicals and is safe and environmentally friendly.

This reduces rework and scrap due to quality defects such as scratches or pinholes in film, saving time and costs.

Transport using clean trucks, with each package stacked no more than five layers high, and the bottom layer secured with a non-slip pallet to prevent squeezing, deformation, or tipping.
